Smith & Kraus just released The Best Ten-Minute Plays, 2011, which includes Waiting for a Fix by Cassandra Lewis.  The play recently made its world premiere at The American Globe Theatre in New York City.

If it seems like things have been quiet around Bastille Arts, it’s for a good reason.  Cassandra Lewis has been finalizing a satirical novel about aspiring artists.  Stay tuned for publication information.  Meanwhile, Smith & Kraus will soon release The Best Ten-Minute Plays 2011, in which Cassandra’s play Waiting for a Fix will be published.

A monologue excerpt from Migrations, a play by Cassandra Lewis, has just been published in Common Boundary, a literary anthology published by Editions Bibliotekos. Migrations was a finalist in Aurora Theatre’s Global Age Project new works contest and the finalist in CoHo Productions’ New By Northwest new play competition and still offers a world premiere.
